I purchased this luggage set for my trip to Europe and initially thought it was fantastic. The 4 wheels made it easy to maneuver, and I liked the smaller bags, which were both stylish and easy to pack. However, after packing my large bag to 37 lbs, I found that it didn’t roll as smoothly on four wheels as I had hoped. The handle also felt flimsy and not very sturdy when I had to move the bag with some effort. These were minor issues at first, especially since the bags held up well during the international flight with no visible damage or scuffs on the blue material.
However, after just an hour of navigating cobblestone streets, my bag started to show problems. Out of a group of seven with similar bags on the same journey, mine was the only one that malfunctioned. The wheel had bent slightly, and the plastic around it showed wear. It still rolled, so I tried to push through. But when we moved to our next destination, which had no cobblestones, the wheel completely popped out of place, rendering the bag nearly impossible to roll and forcing me to drag it around. We attempted to fix it, but by the time we were ready to return home a week later, the bag was almost unusable. I even considered leaving it behind at the hotel and purchasing a new one.
Maybe I just had bad luck since only my large suitcase had these issues; I’ve taken the carry-on version on two trips without any problems, even though it feels a bit flimsy. If you plan on being on uneven surfaces and packing more than 20 lbs in the large suitcase, I recommend looking for a different option. This just didn’t work out for me.

I believe in being fair and honest. Initially, I left a poor review because my order was incomplete (only 2 of 4 pieces arrived) and one item was damaged before Christmas. However, after posting the review—despite my inability to find someone to follow up— a complete set was delivered within 2 days, and it was perfect! I used it during a 6-day vacation, and it held up wonderfully with no issues. I definitely think it’s worth the money. While it’s difficult to assess durability over the long term, I gave a good rating based on its performance on my initial trip.

The product arrived in a large box, with the big suitcase neatly packaged in a smaller box, and the carry-on tucked inside the larger suitcase. I was pleasantly surprised by the extra plastic wrapping around each suitcase and the foam protection! I tested the zippers immediately, and while the carry-on’s handle was a bit tricky at first, it turned out to be fine. Just keep in mind the tote’s size if you tend to pack heavily, as it may not be as large as expected. Overall, I’m thrilled with this purchase and can’t wait to use it on my upcoming trip to see how it performs. The lilac color is stunning in person and exactly what I wanted!

Let me share my experience with this briefcase. I tend to appreciate the finer things in life and maintain a positive outlook. First, the good: this briefcase is incredibly stylish and cute. The storage capacity is impressive; you could practically fit a small animal in there! The aesthetics and functionality are fantastic—no complaints there.
Now, onto the drama you’ve been waiting for. The wheels on this briefcase are a nightmare. I’ve had to drag it across the country, and I’ve already scheduled an appointment with my chiropractor. Honestly, the wheels might as well be square. They feel like they were designed by someone who had no idea what they were doing—definitely not fit for travel. My back is killing me from hauling this thing on and off planes and cruise ships, and my mental state is suffering too. I’ve even had to consult my therapist about increasing my Zoloft prescription due to the frustration this briefcase has caused me.
If I had the extra cash, I would happily toss it off the side of the cruise ship, where perhaps those awful wheels would finally find their true home. On the bright side, if you want to build muscle and compete in the World’s Strongest Man competition, this briefcase is perfect for you! My wife and I tend to overpack, and when we go on vacation, we might as well be bringing half of the Bahamas with us. Thanks for giving me a workout everywhere I go, but seriously, could we get some proper wheels next time?
