The delivery was my first concern. The delivery team didn’t knock on the door; instead, they left my TV by the entrance, took a picture, and walked away. I expected at least a knock to notify us of their arrival. This was unsettling, especially since we’ve been dealing with theft issues in our complex.
Attaching the legs to the TV was frustrating. We had to use two different screwdrivers before we finally got them on, and even then, the legs feel a bit flimsy and wobbly.
The VIZIO WiFi setup took an hour and seemed to load endlessly. You have to sign into several VIZIO apps and websites to get full access to the TV. While you can add apps to your home screen, it doesn’t inform you upfront if a movie is free. You only find out after clicking on it, and often, the listed streaming options are not free.
Additionally, the volume levels are inconsistent between HDMI and regular TV modes. When gaming on the Xbox, the sound is much louder compared to using the TV’s apps.

I reached out to VIZIO Support, and they informed me that it needs new parts, which they have ordered. Once the parts arrive, they will schedule a technician to fix the TV. I’m unsure how long that will take! After doing some research, it appears this issue isn’t unusual for VIZIO.
