   The watch arrived without a charge, and it took some time to fully charge, but I was able to set everything up in the meantime, so it wasn’t an issue. It functions like brand new, with no scratches, and I’m thrilled that it came with two wristbands since I have small wrists. Everything was included in the box: the watch, two wristbands, and a charger. No complaints so far; I’m really happy with my purchase.

   I ordered the Apple Watch Series 7 advertised as being in “Excellent” condition, but my experience has been anything but excellent. Here’s what I encountered:

   First Watch:

   • It arrived with 82% battery health, which is acceptable but barely so.
   • Within two weeks of normal use, the edges of the screen started to chip.
   • It seemed like there was a cheap screen replacement or protector applied.

   Replacement Watch:

   • The setup process was frustrating, requiring more than seven attempts despite proper charging.
   • Once it was finally set up, the watch began making unauthorized emergency calls.
   • Eventually, it got stuck in an endless boot loop while charging.
   • This clearly points to serious hardware or battery issues.

   Customer Service Issues:

   • Amazon’s one-replacement-per-order policy forced me to request a refund instead.
   • The 30-day refund processing time after the return is excessive.
   • What’s most concerning is that these watches were certified as “excellent condition” despite their obvious problems.

   I cannot recommend buying “excellent condition” watches from this seller. The lack of quality control is alarming, and their customer service policies do not adequately protect buyers from defective products. If you’re looking for an Apple Watch, I highly recommend purchasing new or from a more trustworthy source with better quality checks. Save yourself the trouble and the long wait for a refund.

   It arrived in excellent condition, with only minor scratches that are barely visible in direct light. The wheel operates smoothly, the sensors are functioning well, and it has 97% battery life.

   The watch was exactly as described by the seller—no chips, cracks, or scratches at all. It even came with a nice new band suitable for both small and large wrists. Although the packaging wasn’t original, it did include some manuals and a new charging cord. I would definitely recommend both the seller and the product to everyone.

It functions flawlessly, and for the price, it’s a great deal. The packaging is nice too, without any unnecessary extras. Straightforward and to the point. Thank you!

    I want to start by saying that I would NOT recommend purchasing a refurbished Apple Watch; you’re better off buying directly from Apple.

    When the watch arrived, everything was neatly packed with instructions. It was advertised as being in excellent condition, but I did not find that to be accurate.

    Here’s what I could accept, considering it was refurbished:

    1. The crown had some chips, suggesting it had fallen.
    2. There were numerous small scratches on the screen and sides of the watch.
    3. The charger was an aftermarket one, clearly of low quality, and it charged very slowly.
    4. The band was probably the best part—almost in perfect condition.

    However, here are the issues I couldn’t overlook:

    1. The battery health was at 79% maximum capacity. Anything below 80% requires a service upgrade from Apple as it won’t last long. (See attached pictures.)
    2. It indicated that the battery’s capacity was severely reduced, and it wouldn’t even last a night on idle. (See attached pictures.)

    If you’re considering buying a renewed Apple Watch, here’s my experience: I spent two weeks searching for one at a good price and in the size I wanted. Finally, I found the 45mm Series 7 at an excellent price and decided to buy it. It took three days to arrive since it was coming from the United States.

    First off, don’t expect to receive it in its original box with all the cards and plastic as if it were “new,” because it’s not (though you might get lucky). Mine arrived in a generic box, well-protected with plastic on the screen.

    To begin:

    • The screen is scratch-free, but the case has some minor visible scuffs, which aren’t a big deal.
    • Touch responsiveness is flawless; the entire screen works perfectly.
    • The underside, where the sensors are, is in excellent condition—no scratches and completely clean (like new).
    • The Digital Crown was a bit dirty, but I cleaned it up, and now it functions properly.
    • The speaker and microphone work great with no issues.
    • The strap is generic; nothing more to say about it.
    • The charger is also generic and works fine, although it takes a bit longer to charge than usual.
    • Battery life: it came with 90% capacity and lasts me between one to one and a half days, depending on usage.
    • I haven’t tested it in water, but that’s not a concern for me since I wouldn’t use it for swimming or at the pool.

    Note: When I received it, it took a little while to turn on since it was completely dead, but after about an hour, I was able to power it on and set it up.

    I’ve had it for three weeks now, and everything is working perfectly. I bought a full-screen case to cover any minor imperfections. This is my first Apple Watch, and I’m genuinely happy with the purchase.

    If you’re not very picky, you’ll be satisfied. If you are, consider getting a new one, which costs about 5,000 to 6,000 pesos more.

    Make sure to check the options available; within the same listing, you can find variations like “Excellent condition” (higher price), “Acceptable,” and “Regular.” It’s up to you how much you want to spend.

    I recently received my Apple Watch Series 7 to replace my Series 6, and I’m pleased to say it arrived in excellent condition and works flawlessly. Cosmetically, it looks brand new. My only downside is that the battery capacity is at 83%, which means I’ll likely need a replacement in about a year. However, considering the significant savings compared to a new model, I think it was a reasonable trade-off.
