When I use the attachments, it only lasts about 4-5 minutes before shutting off and won’t turn back on for several hours. However, without the attachments, it seems to function properly. I’m really disappointed because I chose this model for its compact design, hoping it would save space in my suitcase, but I ended up having to take my bulky one instead. I checked the troubleshooting guide, and it’s not an outlet issue since my house is only 4 years old. The filter is also clean, as it’s brand new and has been malfunctioning since day one. I tried cleaning it anyway, but it still shut off. Unfortunately, since I was out of the country, I missed the return window. $350 later, and I feel let down by both Amazon and Dyson!
