I was extremely disappointed with the shipping experience through Walmart. Initially, Walmart.com indicated that my TV was in stock at my local store and would be delivered the next day. However, it turned out that the TV was not at my local store and was backordered. As a result, it was never delivered, and I had to pick it up five days later. Throughout this process, Walmart.com failed to communicate any updates; I received no calls, emails, or messages regarding the issue. I had to reach out to them myself to find out why my order was stuck on “Delivery Today” for three days, which caused me missed appointments, lost work time, and unnecessary stress—all for a driver who wasn’t even en route with my TV. Because of this frustrating experience, I can only give a 1-star rating.
On the other hand, I’ve had great experiences with Hisense TVs over the years, some with warranties and some without, and I’ve never needed to use the warranty. The picture quality is impressive, offering 8K clarity at a 4K price. In comparison, brands like Sony, Toshiba, and Panasonic charge significantly more for fewer features and lower resolution. I switched to Hisense after owning a Toshiba for a decade and got my kids a 43″ Hisense for their room—I’ve been loyal to the brand ever since.
So, save your money! Why spend thousands on a TV when you can get a Hisense for just $300.24, taxes included, that performs just as well, if not better? I’ll stick with Hisense, but I have no desire to deal with Walmart.com again. It’s probably best to buy your TVs in-store since you’ll end up picking them up anyway. I hope this review helps anyone looking for an amazing TV at a fraction of the cost of the big-name brands.

I found a great deal on the TV and made my purchase, but then Walmart canceled my order and raised the price. They charged my card, and now I have to wait for the bank to release the payment hold. It’s frustrating how they waste people’s time, money, and energy.

We assembled the TV with great care and set it on the stand. However, I’ve just discovered a crack in the screen. We were extremely cautious during assembly, so I’m confident we didn’t cause it. The crack is at the bottom and difficult to see, which is why I didn’t report it earlier, but now the return period has expired. Otherwise, the TV would be fantastic, but it arrived damaged.

I mounted the screen on the wall only to discover a crack. When it was powered off, I couldn’t see the damage, but it was cracked from the inside. Make sure to inspect these items immediately upon unpacking. It was quite frustrating to go through the effort of wall mounting, only to find an issue.

The TV arrived in a damaged box, and when I informed the delivery driver, he just shrugged it off, saying it happens. I can’t risk it not working, so now I have to return it and wait for a refund. Is it a big deal? Absolutely, I work hard for my money and can’t take that chance. Very disappointing.

The TV works perfectly right out of the box and was simple to set up with Roku. The picture quality is exceptionally clear. I previously used Roku on my 7-year-old Sharp 55-inch FHD TV, and I’m thrilled to have upgraded to this affordable 4K smart TV. I hope my new Hisense TV lasts for the next 7 to 10 years. After reading numerous positive reviews about Hisense Smart TVs, I researched and ultimately decided to go with this model.

After using this product for about a week, it began to blackout, and the sound would cut out for long stretches without returning. I had someone come in to check the setup, and we re-ran the installation, but it still wasted no time in malfunctioning. I’m going to need help boxing it up to return it, as I’m really disappointed. The picture quality was stunning when it worked, but it’s incredibly frustrating to have to keep restarting it.

I purchased an inexpensive TV for our bedroom after the old one broke down. I have a high-end TV in my living room, but I only needed something affordable for this space. So far, it’s meeting my needs nicely. I rated it 4 out of 5 because it doesn’t compare to my other TV, but it definitely serves its intended purpose.

I was hesitant at first since it was my first experience with this brand, but I absolutely love it! The speed, quality, and price are fantastic. It’s the best TV I’ve ever owned, especially for such a great price!

Integrating this product with my Firestick has been quite challenging, which is essential for me. The sound quality is not ideal for someone with hearing aids; I have to crank it up to about 90 to hear anything, but the treble is so piercing that it feels overwhelming. I wish there were options to lower the treble and boost the bass, as well as balance the audio for my better ear. I suspect these features might be available in a more expensive model, but unfortunately, that’s not feasible for me as I live on social security.
