Overall, this is a great little vacuum. It’s very lightweight and easy to use. The compact brush head is ideal for tight spots, like under coffee tables and between the legs of furniture. Its vacuuming performance is impressive, effectively removing deep dust and dirt from carpets, as well as my long golden hair. It also does a fantastic job on the kitchen floor.
There are a few drawbacks, though. Hair tends to get trapped in the small basket at the top of the dust bin, which can block debris from reaching the can. However, if I vacuum twice a week, I can finish cleaning my one-bedroom apartment without it clogging. This is a minor issue considering the length of my hair and the fact that I’m shedding more as the years go by—it’s something any vacuum would eventually struggle with.
Additionally, the edge cleaning feature on the vacuum head isn’t the best. While it has excellent floor suction, you may need to detach the hose to go over baseboards with the brush or narrow tool. All three attachments do their job well, but don’t expect to pick up all the stubborn debris along the edges in one go.
As a disabled veteran with ruptured and repaired L4 and L5 discs, I appreciate how light this vacuum is; I can use it without straining my back, and it fits in tight spaces that other vacuums can’t reach, reducing the need to move furniture.
However, if you want to clean the top of mini blinds, the hose is too short for that. I simply lift the whole vacuum to reach higher spots, sometimes placing it on a square back chair or using a three-step ladder, which I found for about $80—a great investment.
In summary, this vacuum is surprisingly powerful for its size, but I wouldn’t recommend it for spaces larger than 600 square feet due to the small brush head.
