I just bought this vacuum and I’m really impressed so far! My husband has Craftsman tools in the garage, so we have extra interchangeable batteries, which is fantastic! It means I can vacuum all day long, haha.
I do find the low setting lacks suction, but the high setting works great. It’s excellent for picking up dog hair—really effective!
I previously owned a Dyson V7 and faced numerous issues with it, but this vacuum feels sturdier and performs just as well. I’m optimistic that this Craftsman model will be much more durable than our Dyson.

This is the third cordless stick vacuum I’ve tried, having previously used a Moosoo and a Hover. The Hover performed decently for about a year, but it was hard to clean and had a short battery life. When it worked, it did a reasonably good job. The Moosoo, which I chose after watching countless reviews, turned out to have limited run time and weak suction, and eventually broke due to a small part malfunction.
I decided that the Craftsman vacuum would be my last attempt at a cordless stick vacuum before reverting to corded options. However, I was pleasantly surprised. While many cordless vacuums can cost several hundred dollars, I doubt any would outperform this one.
This vacuum is nearly as effective as a traditional corded model. It offers long run-time and impressive suction. I chose it partly because I already owned another Craftsman cordless tool (a pole saw) that shares the same battery system, which also exceeded my expectations.
Having an extra battery allows me to swap them out when one runs low, ensuring I never experience downtime. I was so impressed that I recommended the sweeper to my sister, who is also very happy with it.
In summary, it’s well-constructed, boasts good run-time and suction, stands upright by itself, and is fairly easy to clean. I haven’t seen it reviewed by Consumer Reports yet, but I hope they rate it highly.
