I absolutely love this monitor! The height-adjustable feature is fantastic—I’ve lowered it to the minimum, making it the perfect fit for my workstation. It works seamlessly with both my MacBook and my Windows work laptop. However, I did encounter an issue where my MacBook’s USB-C input isn’t recognized, so I’m connecting it via HDMI instead. Interestingly, my iPhone 15 Pro connects just fine through USB-C, which leaves me puzzled about the MacBook. Thankfully, I had an HDMI cable and a dongle adapter on hand, but do note that the monitor doesn’t come with an HDMI cable, just a USB-C to USB-C cable and a superspeed USB upstream cable.
The built-in speakers leave much to be desired; they sound quite dull and muffled compared to my MacBook Air’s speakers. It’s like trying to listen to a small Bluetooth speaker buried under pillows. That said, you’re likely not buying this monitor for the audio quality, so it’s nice to have the speakers as a backup. Overall, this monitor is an excellent choice and serves as a great alternative if you’re looking to work with two monitors but only have space for one.

This monitor, however, surpassed my expectations. It’s truly exceptional for the price. I plan to purchase another one soon. Dell has really excelled with this monitor. For $130, this 32″ monitor is a solid choice. I’m using it for work with engineering applications, and I currently have two of these connected to my laptop, along with an older 27″ model (considering a third one).
Here are a few points to consider:
1) This is not a gaming monitor. The 75Hz refresh rate feels slow by current standards, and the resolution leaves something to be desired given its size.
2) Windows doesn’t scale the image down, which limits my ability to utilize the extra screen space for multiple windows.
3) My first monitor had issues right out of the box, experiencing severe flickering before going blank and then showing all white. I ended up returning it, despite my initial optimism. However, I purchased two more, and both have been working well so far. A shoutout to Amazon for their return policy; I simply repackaged the monitor and took it to the local UPS store, and they handled the return seamlessly.
