Absolutely fantastic, and the color is really great!

In my home, we often find the coffee from our Keurig to be a bit weak. However, this model features a “Strong” button that seems to heat the water a little more, and the coffee does come out noticeably stronger. That’s a nice improvement! Additionally, this model offers five cup size settings, compared to the usual three on other models. This variety is really helpful since mugs come in various sizes, preventing overfilling or underfilling. Great design!

I purchased this to replace my old Keurig that lasted 15 years! I’m really impressed with its features: 1) a large water reservoir with a replaceable filter; 2) many more cup size options. I don’t make iced coffee, but I appreciate the button for it (not sure how it works differently since you’re still brewing hot coffee into a cup of ice—maybe it accounts for the ice taking up space?). I also discovered, and like, that it has a removable filter in the water tank. It comes with one filter that lasts about two months, and you can find replacements online at a reasonable price. They resemble small woven pods filled with charcoal. I love the idea of filtering the water before it enters the coffee maker—hopefully, that helps it stay clean longer.
One feature I didn’t fully grasp was the hot water on demand. You simply press a button for instant hot water, which is great for tea. However, I found that it doesn’t come out through a separate tube, so if there’s a K-cup left in, it results in watered-down coffee. Once I adjusted to this, I really liked it—it’s not only great for tea but also perfect for quickly making a bowl of instant oatmeal, providing hot water that isn’t scalding.
Overall, I’m very pleased. I hope it lasts as long as my last one did!

This model has several great features that we really enjoy. The Strong button, which brews a 10oz cup, is perfect for a bolder flavor. The coffee is noticeably hotter than our previous Keurig 2 model. We appreciate the adjustable water temperature option, but we prefer it set to the maximum of 192F. The selection of cup sizes is excellent, and I especially like the clear Hot Water Button for my afternoon tea. The Elite model looks nice and is user-friendly. A handy feature is the ability to program the start and auto-off times. Overall, I’m quite satisfied with this machine.

In 2005, I welcomed my first Keurig, the B100, and it truly changed the game. At a time when bulky coffee pots and lackluster instant mixes ruled, Keurig offered “Your coffee, your way, in under a minute.” And it absolutely delivered. That little machine transformed my mornings and those of many others.
However, all good things must come to an end. It’s time to bid farewell to my beloved B100. It holds a special spot in coffee history—and in my heart—but the Keurig K-Elite has arrived to take its place. Honestly, I think I’m falling in love again.
Modern Elegance Meets Unmatched Versatility
The K-Elite is a stunning, polished addition that fits seamlessly into my ideal coffee setup. Its brushed metal finish exudes sophistication, and the intuitive interface makes it user-friendly. This machine is not just an upgrade; it’s a coffee powerhouse.
Unlike my original B100, which brewed a solid cup, the K-Elite is all about choices. Want a bold coffee? You got it. Prefer iced coffee? Done. Craving a hot brew? Adjust the temperature. It’s like having a personal barista who truly understands your preferences.
Why I’m Smitten
A Nostalgic Nod to My First Keurig
Let me emphasize: my first Keurig will always be the one that started it all. It was the trailblazer of pod coffee, providing single-serve simplicity when it felt like magic. It served me faithfully for years and changed the way I enjoy coffee.
But, like any proud parent, I know it’s time to let it rest. The K-Elite continues that legacy with style and substance, and I can’t help but think my trusty B100 would approve.
Final Thoughts
The Keurig K-Elite is more than just a coffee maker—it’s the next chapter in my coffee journey. While I’ll always cherish my original Keurig, the K-Elite has already established itself as a worthy successor. It’s a modern wonder, a delight to use, and a key piece of my dream coffee bar.
Here’s to new memories, new mornings, and coffee that feels just right. Cheers to the K-Elite—and to the B100 for starting it all. ☕✨

After my budget-friendly Keurig broke down just a month in, I opted for a more reliable choice and went with the Keurig Elite. It has exceeded my expectations and is worth every cent.
First off, the Brushed Gold color is absolutely stunning and sets it apart from the usual black and gray models. It’s neither flashy nor cheap-looking; instead, it brings a touch of elegance to my kitchen.
Operating the coffeemaker is a breeze, thanks to the clear instructions provided. You don’t need any advanced degree to brew a cup of coffee! With five cup sizes available, from a small cup to a travel mug, there’s something for everyone. The STRONG button is a fantastic addition for those who enjoy a bolder flavor, which I certainly do. While I don’t usually drink iced coffee, it’s nice to know that this machine has that option with easy-to-follow instructions. The drip tray is easy to remove and clean, and there are indicators that alert you when the water level is low or when it’s time for descaling.
The water reservoir is quite spacious, but the only downside is that you can only see the water level from the side, not the front. However, this is a minor inconvenience for me. The machine also features a clock and can dispense hot water for tea or soups at the touch of a button—no more boiling water on the stove! There’s even a programmable timer, which I don’t use often but appreciate having. Another plus is its lightweight design, making it easy to handle for cleaning or moving, even when the water reservoir is full.
Additionally, the unit is compatible with both standard K-Cups and reusable pods, which I prefer to fill myself (I use metal pods, not those plastic mesh ones). Regardless of the type you choose, the Keurig Elite consistently brews a perfect cup of coffee.
I’m absolutely delighted with the Keurig Elite and would highly recommend it to anyone.
