The mattress setup was a breeze; I simply unboxed it, cut the protective wrap, and watched it expand quickly. However, I did notice that it didn’t reach the full 12 inches after 48 hours, but it remained comfortable and supportive nonetheless.
While some reviews mention issues with firmness, I found the medium firmness to be just right for me. It strikes a good balance between being plush yet supportive. Overall, this mattress provides excellent value for the price, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality hybrid mattress!

I recently purchased this queen size 12-inch mattress, and I think it offers excellent quality for the price. It arrived in a box waiting on my front porch, and once I brought it inside, I found that it was tightly wrapped and vacuum sealed. After unrolling the outer wrap and placing it in my bedroom, I removed the plastic, and it quickly fluffed up.
However, I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 because, as mentioned in other reviews, the mattress only expanded to about 10 inches. After the initial hour post-opening, it remained the same size even after leaving it in a warm room for 72 hours. I measured it multiple times and confirmed it didn’t grow any further. I wasn’t surprised by this, as I had read similar comments, so I’m still satisfied with my purchase. I deducted a star due to the product description claiming it’s a 12-inch mattress, while my experience suggests it’s only 10 inches. On the plus side, it fluffed up evenly without any lumps or sagging.

To my surprise, I found the same mattress available for $190 with no tax and free delivery. I clicked to purchase immediately, even though I was initially worried about potential bait and switch or counterfeit products. I couldn’t have been more mistaken; the mattress was genuine and arrived at my home within two days.
The mattress is heavy, but I managed to get it inside and followed the instructions for unboxing it. When I cut the plastic, it “popped,” so be prepared for that. They warn about two layers of plastic, but I found only one, so be ready for it to expand quickly….

I am extremely disappointed with this mattress and plan to return it. This so-called “firm mattress” is anything but firm. Within just 48 hours of purchase, it developed a dent on the edge where my 25 lb toddler sat. It sagged significantly and feels more like a box spring, with the coils digging into my back when I lie down. This is truly awful. DO NOT BUY. I’m grateful for the return policy, as this would have been a huge waste of money. I ended up purchasing a much better mattress elsewhere.
