I purchased my first set of Drop Stops (DS) in 2020, and they performed exactly as promised, preventing items from falling into the gap between the seat and console. When I sold my car, I left the DS installed. After getting a new car, I immediately bought another set of DS. However, I noticed that the new ones appear to be slightly shorter and don’t reach the front of the seat as well as the originals did. I’m not sure if my new seats are smaller or if the seatbelt mechanism is positioned differently. It would be great if Drop Stop could offer a longer size option, perhaps about 1 to 1.5 inches longer. This would give users a choice for a better fit, especially in cars where a longer version could enhance coverage in the ‘drop zone.’
