If you’re a dog owner looking for a nutritious and tasty treat for your furry friend, look no further than the Stewart Single Ingredient Freeze Dried Raw Dog Treats. These beef liver treats not only satisfy your dog’s taste buds but also provide a healthy, high-protein snack that is perfect for training or as a meal topper.
Product Overview
Stewart’s Freeze-Dried Beef Liver Treats come in a generous 21-ounce resealable tub, ensuring that you have plenty of treats on hand for all your training sessions or to sprinkle over your pup’s meals. The tub is designed to keep the treats fresh while maintaining their exceptional flavor.
Quality Ingredients
One of the standout features of Stewart’s treats is their commitment to quality. Made from 100% USDA-certified, human-grade beef liver, these treats contain only one ingredient, making them an excellent choice for dogs with dietary restrictions. They are also grain-free, gluten-free, soy-free, and corn-free, which means you can feel good about what you’re feeding your pet. Plus, there are no preservatives, artificial colors, or flavors included.
Dual Purpose Treats
These treats serve a dual purpose, making them incredibly versatile. They can be used as training treats to reward your dog for good behavior or tricks, or you can sprinkle them on your dog’s food as a meal topper to add excitement and a boost of raw nutrition to their diet. This is particularly beneficial for picky eaters who may need a little extra incentive to enjoy their meals.
Natural Raw Nutrition
Feeding your dog raw can sometimes be messy and complicated, but Stewart makes it easy with their freeze-drying process. They start with raw liver and gently remove moisture, locking in flavor and nutrients without the need for cooking. This means your dog gets the benefits of raw nutrition in a convenient and mess-free form.
Feeding Guidelines
Daily feeding guidelines are simple and based on your dog’s weight. For dogs weighing between 10-30 lbs, 1-2 pieces are recommended; for those between 30-60 lbs, 2-4 pieces; and for dogs over 60 lbs, 4-6 pieces are suggested. This makes it easy to incorporate these tasty treats into your dog’s daily routine.
Conclusion
Overall, the Stewart Freeze-Dried Beef Liver Treats are a fantastic choice for dog owners looking for a high-protein, single-ingredient treat that is healthy and delicious. Whether you’re using them for training or to enhance your dog’s meals, these treats are sure to become a favorite. Give your dog the gift of flavor and nutrition with Stewart’s freeze-dried beef liver treats!

I’ve been giving my dog Stewart liver treats since he was a puppy, and I truly appreciate these low-calorie, single-ingredient options. My dog has some allergies and is quite particular about his food, but he has never had any issues with these treats. The only downside is that they tend to crumble into dust at the bottom of the bag, so it would be great if there was a way to minimize that.

I’m writing this review on behalf of my dog, who struggles with typing. She believes these freeze-dried liver treats are absolutely delicious and highly enjoyable.

I recently gave the Stewart Freeze Dried Dog Treats in Beef Liver a try for my pup, and they’ve quickly become his top pick! The quality is excellent, with a straightforward ingredient list that reassures me about what I’m feeding him.
These treats are bursting with flavor and have a satisfying crunch that my dog adores. I love that they’re freeze-dried, which helps retain all the nutrients and taste. They’re ideal for training sessions or as special rewards, and they can be easily broken into smaller pieces if necessary.
Additionally, the fact that they’re made in the USA gives me confidence in their safety. If you want a healthy, delicious treat that your dog will absolutely love, I wholeheartedly recommend the Stewart Freeze Dried Dog Treats in Beef Liver! They’ve been a huge hit in our home!

Definitely a great value for the price, with an abundance of high-quality treats. I do wish the treats were more uniform in size, but I had no trouble cutting the larger ones down to a manageable size.

This product is a definite favorite! My dogs absolutely adore them. I appreciate that they’re mess-free and don’t have any unpleasant odors. Being freeze-dried, they’re incredibly lightweight and easy to carry. My dogs chew them without any issues. Some pieces are a bit large, so I cut them into smaller sizes for training. I also love that they consist solely of beef liver, without any chemicals, additives, or preservatives. The resealable tub is a nice touch too!

I used these treats while in the U.S. with my first Bearded Collie, who loved them. They were great for training him as a show dog. After his retirement, he became the first dog to assist children with their reading, and now I’m introducing my second dog to become a therapy dog as well.

I bought it to help my petra with anemia, and she loves it!

These treats contain just one ingredient: beef liver. This makes them ideal for pets on a limited ingredient diet or those with sensitivities to other proteins. They break easily, and the sizes can vary with some chunks being larger than others, but they can be easily snapped if needed. My dogs enjoy the soft yet crunchy texture, and they are a high-value reward, making them perfect for training.

I recently got a new dog that needed training, and after extensive research, I found that using my dog’s daily kibble instead of treats was the best approach to prevent weight gain while still keeping treats as high-value rewards. I came across a tip on Simpawtico dog training’s YouTube channel that suggested grinding some of this product and sprinkling it over the training kibble to make it more appealing. It worked wonders!
My dog, who isn’t typically food motivated, became much more engaged. I now use a mini grater to shred some beef liver chunks over the kibble—just a teaspoon of liver does the trick—and this product is incredibly shelf-stable. I’ve used it frequently and barely made a dent in the amount I have.
Overall, it’s a very cost-effective, long-lasting product that dogs absolutely love. I would highly recommend it if you’re using it in this way.

These treats are fantastic! I appreciate knowing exactly what goes into them. My dog adores them and considers them his “high value” treats. At 25lbs, he’s on the smaller side, so I need to cut the pieces down as they are a bit large for him. However, this also means the tub lasts longer. I also love that the tub is easy to reseal, keeping the treats fresh.

My dogs absolutely loved these treats! However, I have some concerns about the ingredients. I’m quite cautious about what I feed my dogs, especially since their breed is prone to eyesight and joint problems as they age. A healthy diet can help prevent these issues. This product doesn’t specify whether the beef is free from hormones or antibiotics or if it comes from grass-fed sources, so I’m uncertain about the quality of the beef liver. I highly recommend checking out “Kin+Kind.” They offer supplement powders made with all-natural, organic ingredients that are rich in superfoods, promoting overall mood, digestive health, immune support, eyesight, and joint health. If you research superfoods for dogs, you’ll discover numerous benefits that many commercial dog foods lack.

My small dog absolutely adores these liver treats! While the container has an unpleasant smell when opened, she really enjoys the crunchy texture. However, I did notice that many of the treats were broken at the bottom of the container, likely due to shipping. Most of the intact pieces are about the size of a sugar cube, which is ideal for her. One unusual observation is that after she eats these liver treats and goes outside to relieve herself, there are brown patches of dead grass wherever she goes. It seems like something in these treats affects the grass, which I’ve never encountered before. Despite this, they are definitely worth the price!
