*Update: Level 8 reached out and offered to replace the luggage, but it was too close to my departure date to consider exchanging it. Instead, I applied a little wax to the zipper tracks at the corners where they were sticking. Unfortunately, that didn’t help. What did work was packing the compartments for my trip; the bulk of the contents pushed the zipper tracks outward, making them glide easily around the corners. I’m so glad I didn’t give up or return it. The luggage is very attractive and sturdy, including the handle, which stayed steady even with a backpack on top while rolling. The handle doesn’t jiggle, and the sleeve for the backpack fit snugly onto the carry-on handles without slipping off. The wheels are incredibly smooth, rolling quietly through airports and hotels on tile, vinyl, or carpet. It navigated transitions to escalators and elevators effortlessly without tipping. I absolutely love this carry-on. Thank you, Level 8!
