The images showed a colorful board, but that’s not what I received. It’s a very poor-quality board that looks like one of the earliest models on the market.

At 73 years old, I hesitated to purchase this bike due to concerns about assembly. I’m pleased to report that it was quite manageable, even with my poor eyesight and problematic knees.
I received the bike on Thursday through “room of choice” delivery, and the two delivery men were excellent. I assembled it on Friday, and the process was straightforward. Everything you need is included, from tools to clear instructions, and there are plenty of helpful videos available if needed. The only challenging part for me was attaching the seat with the carriage bolts; it took about 20 minutes because I wasn’t keeping the bolts level.
Overall, it took me several hours to put the bike together, mainly due to my knee replacement and arthritis, which make it difficult to crouch or sit on the floor. Unfortunately, assembly can’t be done while standing unless you can lift the bike onto a sturdy platform.
Once assembled, I found it easy to lift the back end (thanks to the handle) and wheel it wherever I wanted. I agree with other reviewers that the bike operates quietly and feels very stable and sturdy. For reference, I’m 5’9″ and weigh around 250 lbs, and my heels sometimes touch the floor if I don’t keep my larger feet positioned well on the pedals.
The resistance is adequate for my needs. Unlike my spin bike, there’s no settling issue that makes turning the flywheel difficult, but I’m not looking for that level of intensity anymore, and I won’t be doing jumps.
I couldn’t be happier with my purchase, and I appreciate all the honest reviews that helped me choose the right bike for myself.

Excellent product!

This bike lives up to all its promises. It has a sturdy build and was mostly easy to put together, although one of the trim pieces was a bit frustrating. The pedaling is smooth and incredibly quiet, and it doesn’t require much space. As a larger individual, I find it very comfortable and stable; it doesn’t feel rickety or loose. The display is nice, and it’s adjustable, allowing you to position it as needed.

Delivery: The bike was delivered by Amazon, and the delivery person carried it up 32 steps! I was genuinely impressed and grateful, especially since my back isn’t as strong as it used to be. The packaging was excellent, with no scrapes, dings, or damage to the bike. Unpacking took about 30 minutes.
Assembly: The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Although my mechanical skills leave much to be desired, I managed to assemble it on my own in around 90 minutes, including bathroom breaks. While having a second person might have simplified things, the assembly was straightforward since the main components—the flywheel and frame—came pre-assembled. All the necessary tools were included, along with extra screws and bolts. The parts are well-machined, and everything aligned perfectly. This is not a cheap product; it looks and feels robust.
Function: The bike operates quietly and smoothly. It feels sturdy, though perhaps not as much as the $2000 models, but it’s certainly sufficient for most home users. We’ve used it on both tiled and carpeted floors, and it feels more stable on the hard surface. As noted by others, the handles are intentionally loose for easier access. My main complaint is the display screen’s lack of backlighting. My wife has vision issues and struggles to see the screen, and even for me, it’s quite difficult to read. We end up using a flashlight to view it. With today’s technology, a better-lit screen should be a standard feature. I believe a young innovator could easily design an inexpensive battery to power a backlight, perhaps even using energy generated by the flywheel motions—imagine charging your devices while working out!
Health Objective: While this bike won’t make you a triathlete, it effectively serves as a low-impact exercise option that provides cardiovascular benefits and helps burn calories. Both my wife and I are in our 70s and have back issues. The recumbent position significantly reduces strain on the lower back, which even walking can aggravate. Today, my back was too painful for walking, but I had no trouble using this recumbent bike. Plus, with the rain outside, having this bike indoors is fantastic.
