      Odessa

I recently bought this treadmill and have been pleasantly surprised by its performance. The assembly was simple and user-friendly, which was a big advantage for me since I’m not very handy.

In terms of functionality, it offers everything I need for my home workouts. The variety of speed settings and incline options provides a flexible workout experience.

On the downside, the treadmill does produce some noise during use, especially when walking or jogging. It’s not excessively loud, but it is noticeable. For me, this isn’t a dealbreaker given the price, but those looking for a quieter machine might want to keep this in mind.

Overall, given its affordability and ease of assembly, this treadmill is a great choice for anyone seeking a reliable home workout option. Despite the minor noise issue, it performs well and meets my needs.

      Pros:

      • Budget-friendly
      • Easy assembly
      • Versatile speed and incline settings
      • Decent cushioning for joint comfort

      Cons:

      • Generates noticeable noise during use, especially while walking

I’ve had this treadmill for nearly a year and I’m very satisfied with it. I’ve experienced no issues, even with daily use. It’s great for both walking and running, user-friendly, and the size is just right. It folds up for convenient storage and can be moved, although it’s advisable to have two people if you’re navigating stairs since it’s a bit heavy. Overall, I’m really pleased with my purchase, and for the price, it’s an excellent choice.

Fantastic treadmill! You can really get a solid workout with speeds up to 8 mph. I’m 185 lbs, and the machine handles it effortlessly. It’s well-constructed and stable. The controls on the dashboard and handrail are user-friendly. There’s ample space for a full jog, and the incline feature works perfectly. The speakers are decent, but I prefer using earbuds. The deck lifts easily for storage when not in use. I have no complaints at all—it’s just as good as the pricier options. Highly recommend!

It has several features that are very good and work excellently. The speakers aren’t the best, but that’s not a big deal; everything else functions perfectly.

      TELLERTOT

I really liked the treadmill; it’s perfect for home workouts. The incline feature is excellent for the price, making it a great product compared to other treadmills in a similar price range that have very limited and basic features. One downside is that I can’t switch the speed display to km/h, but it hasn’t been an issue for me. The speakers and Bluetooth connection are good, but when I tried to take a call, the speaker didn’t work well, and the person on the other end couldn’t hear me.

    6. Rated 5 out of 5

      TELLERTOT

This treadmill is exceptionally well-made and offers great value for the price. The packaging was handled with care, and setup was a breeze. I’ve been using it daily, and it performs wonderfully! To keep it running smoothly, just remember to oil the belt regularly and make adjustments as needed.

However, I have one concern: I can’t register the treadmill for warranty. The provided link, sunnyhealthfitness.com/warranty, doesn’t work at all. It would be unfortunate to sell such a fantastic treadmill with a warranty advertised, only to have trouble registering it. I hope someone at Sunnyhealth Fitness will see this and address the issue.

      Updated Review – April 21, 2022

After using this treadmill for about a year, I’ve been consistently exercising 4 to 5 times a week, covering 2.5 miles at a speed of 3.5 MPH with inclines ranging from 0 to 3. It has performed flawlessly, and I highly recommend it.

One thing I would advise is to definitely opt for a treadmill with auto incline. Adjusting it manually requires getting off the treadmill to tweak a plastic piece at the back, which is inconvenient.

The treadmill has a belt width of 16.5 inches and a length of 49.5 inches. At 5’10”, I have to be cautious, as my feet can slide toward the back, making me feel the seam of the belt. Staying slightly forward helps avoid that.

Assembly was straightforward, involving just 6 bolts with lock washers and 4 screws. I suggest using your own screwdriver, as the one provided isn’t very effective. They do include two allen wrenches, but only one size is necessary.

This treadmill feels sturdy and is easy to fold and unfold. The Bluetooth speakers connect well to my Android phone. While they aren’t top-notch, they are decent enough for a treadmill. The motor operates quietly.

I also bought the Sunny mat that the treadmill sits on. I followed the instructions to lubricate under the belt before the first use, and it might be wise to order extra lubricant with your purchase. Since I use it more than 5 hours a week, they recommend monthly lubrication.

Overall, it’s a solid treadmill (though I’m no expert).

      Update – February 21, 2021

I’ve been using the treadmill for several weeks now and really like it. It seems well-made and arrived well-packaged. My only minor complaint is that adjusting the volume can be tricky between my phone and the treadmill; it tends to be either too soft or too loud. A finer volume control would be beneficial.

      Update – February 27, 2021

I don’t put much stock in the pulse readings, as they fluctuate wildly during my sessions. I walk 2.5 miles at 3.5 MPH six times a week and notice my pulse ranging from 80/90 after a mile to 120/130, and sometimes even as high as 170, before dropping back to 80/90. It doesn’t seem accurate.

      Update – April 1, 2021

I emailed the manufacturer about a month ago regarding the display showing “Fat” instead of “BMI” and some questions about programming custom workouts. As of today, I haven’t received a reply, which raises concerns about their support, especially if I had a warranty issue (which I don’t at the moment). I’m lowering my rating to 3 stars due to this lack of support.

      6-Month Update

Having used this treadmill for about six months, I’m raising my rating to 4 stars. The main issue I have is that the volume steps feel too far apart, making it hard to find a comfortable level; it’s either too loud or too soft. Despite tweaking the volume on both the treadmill and my phone, I can’t seem to get it just right.

Overall, this is a minor complaint, so I’m happy to raise my review to 4 stars.

      Odessa

After reading countless reviews and searching extensively, I finally found a treadmill that seemed perfect for me. The Sunny Health brand outperformed Proform and other local brands in both reviews and quality, according to my online research. I was looking for a compact treadmill that would fit easily in my home and allow for both walking and running. Additionally, I wanted an automatic incline feature, if possible, to make my workouts more convenient. I’m thrilled to say that this Sunny Health treadmill checked all my boxes at an affordable price.

When it arrived, I highly recommend having two people on hand. As a 5’2″, 100-pound woman, I needed my husband’s help to get it over the threshold. After that, I attempted to slide it across my floors to my six-foot nook. I made the mistake of not recognizing which end was which, wanting it to face the patio door for a view while exercising. Another misstep was that my nook is behind the couch with a wall opposite, creating a tight space for unboxing. This process took me about an hour and a half since my husband decided to take a nap, and I was determined to assemble it by myself. Silly me!

The treadmill was impressively packaged, ensuring no damage occurred during shipping. I managed to lay it flat and used a box cutter to remove the top. I was ecstatic to see how fantastic it looked and thought I could get it out in ten minutes—but I was wrong. The front end of the treadmill is quite heavy, and after not having been to the gym since my last child, my arm strength was lacking. I struggled for an hour and a half until my kids helped me by providing some weight support. Finally, I managed to lift the lighter end and “walk” the front over the packaging bumps. Once it was out, I needed one child to hold the arms while I secured the screws. After that, setup was straightforward; I oiled under the treadmill mat and was ready to go. (Side note: my husband woke up and helped me turn it around, which was quite a feat for me without wheels, but easy for his 6’2″ height.)

After letting it run for a minute to distribute the oil, I was excited to start! The on-switch is located at the bottom front, and the controls light up from there. The handles feature incline controls on the left and speed controls on the right, along with a pulse reader—which I found to be unreliable and sometimes gives me a static shock on the left handle. The front display shows start/stop buttons, time, quick speed buttons (2 mph, 4 mph, 6 mph, 8 mph), incline quick buttons, and music buttons that I don’t use. There’s also a magnetized safety latch that immediately stops the treadmill if pulled.

This treadmill features a soft landing mechanism; when inclined, you must push a lever with your foot, and the treadmill mat lowers very slowly. I purchased four thick pads from Amazon and placed two under the front edges. I wait for the edges to nearly touch the floor before sliding them underneath to protect my floors. I find that I need to push the lever quite firmly, but my husband stepped on it and it lowered immediately.

At 5’2″, my stride is short, and I typically walk at 3 to 3.7 mph. Jogging ranges from 4 to 4.5 mph, with 5 mph being my max for now. I was worried it would be too slow for running, but there’s no issue! I can sprint without hitting the max of 8 mph. The treadmill runs smoothly; however, because I’m in a nook area, my footsteps do echo. I’ve owned treadmills before, and this one is no louder than others. Since it’s in my living room, my husband often puts on headphones to drown out the sound of my footfalls. The max weight capacity is 240 pounds, and my husband, who weighs around 240-245, hasn’t tried it yet. I’ll update if he does.

Overall, I love this treadmill! Its compact size, effective buttons, and smooth running surface make it a joy to use. The soft close feature is convenient, and lifting the treadmill surface is easy. The incline adjustment is also smooth, providing a great workout. My only minor complaints are the difficulty I faced getting it out of the box alone and wishing the screen were taller. Although it has a phone holder, I have to look down to see it. Some other treadmills I’ve seen have a raised area for the phone, allowing for a more comfortable viewing angle. I even considered attaching a small magnet to my door so I could have my phone at eye level. If you’re taller than 5’2″, you’ll likely need to look down when using it, which can strain your neck over time. These are just small nitpicks, though. I genuinely love this treadmill and highly recommend it!

      CreedoPotato

I’ve been using this treadmill for a couple of weeks now, and it meets my needs perfectly. I primarily purchased it to pair with a desk attachment so I can work while walking, and it’s ideal for that purpose. I use a Vivo universal treadmill desk attachment, which works well, although I had to reverse the crossbar to prevent it from pressing the screen buttons. It’s important to note that the treadmill has a relatively short track, and adding the desk attachment takes up even more space. For my height of 5’8″, it’s still great for walking, but taller users with a longer stride might find it a bit cramped when using the desk. If you’re not using a desk attachment, it shouldn’t be an issue.

I haven’t tried running on it yet since the weather has been nice enough for outdoor runs, but it’s fantastic for walking while typing or reading. The speed and incline buttons are very user-friendly, responsive, and the treadmill performs exactly as promised so far. The heart rate grips work, and while I find calorie estimators often inaccurate, this one seems comparable to others I’ve used. Time will tell how well it holds up, but it feels sturdy, despite its compact size. Assembly was a breeze with the included tools—took less than ten minutes, and the instructions were straightforward. It folds up easily, although I need to remove the desk attachment to do so, so I usually leave it set up. Lowering it requires a gentle kick to the crossbar (yes, it literally says to kick it in the instructions), so keep that in mind if you have any mobility issues with your legs.
