I’ve had my keyboard for a couple of months now, and I was excited to finally use my free subscription to flowkey mentioned in the brochure included with my order. I just needed the cable to connect the piano to my laptop. However, I was really disappointed to find out that the subscription isn’t available in my country (I’m from Mexico). It seems fair that since I purchased the product from a store in the United States, they should honor such promotions, or at least clarify when shipping to other countries if certain promotions won’t be valid.
Despite this, I really like my piano and will do my best to make the most of it!
